Our website riladesign.com is built and hosted using Lovable. Our product catalogue, bag, checkout, payments and orders are handled by Shopify. When you click "Checkout" you move to a Shopify-hosted checkout page, where Shopify's own privacy notice and cookie banner also apply.

Information you give us: your name, email, phone, shipping and billing address and order details when you buy; and your name, email and message when you use our contact form.

Information collected automatically: the items in your bag (stored in your browser so your bag works), your cookie choice, and — only if you accept advertising cookies — the pages and products you view and items you add to your bag, together with technical details such as your browser, device and IP address.

We do not collect payment card details on our website; Shopify processes payments.

To process and deliver orders, handle returns, answer your questions, run and improve our website, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and — with your consent — measure and improve our advertising.

With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It shares the pages and products you view, items you add to your bag and when you start checkout with Meta, along with cookie identifiers, browser details and your IP address. We use this to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you under its own privacy policy.

The Meta Pixel does not load until you press "Accept". If you press "Decline", no information is sent to Meta from our website. We keep a record of your choice (a random visitor identifier, your choice, the notice version and the time) so we can show what you agreed to.

Shopify's checkout may also share purchase information with Meta according to the choice you make in Shopify's cookie banner at checkout.

Changing your mind: you can withdraw or give consent at any time from Cookie settings (also linked at the bottom of every page). Withdrawal takes effect immediately. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

Shopify (store, checkout, payments, orders); payment providers; shipping and delivery partners; Lovable (website hosting, contact form and consent records); and Meta, only if you accept advertising cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States, Canada and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it.

If you sign up for our emails, we'll send news and offers. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in each email.

We use reasonable security measures and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting requirements.

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with similar laws, you may also object to or restrict some uses. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Our website is not directed to children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
