Refund policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@riladesign.com. If your return is accepted, the package is to be sent to the provided address at the sender's cost.

Exchanges

RILA Design is pleased to offer exchanges for our products in different colors or sizes, provided that the desired item is available in stock. If you receive a faulty product, we do accept returns for such items. Please note, however, that we are unable to offer refunds for incorrect choices, but we can arrange for an exchange instead. It's important to understand that all refunds and exchanges are subject to our discretion.

Our policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot honour any refund or exchange requests.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please be aware that all expenses associated with the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refund on sale items.  

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of the item. Additionally, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

In the event that your refund is approved, we will proceed to process it. Your credit card or original method of payment will automatically receive a credit within 30 days.
